I had such a great experience with A M Electric. My first contact was with Malik (project manager) and he put me at ease that this company was a good one. The office manager was always pleasant by phone, and Christian and his team were outstanding. They spent three days at my home and did a phenomenal job. I recommended them to my family member today, to work on their house next week. I met the owner today and I see that it all starts from the top Five Star!!!!!!!
I was hoping that my experience with this company would help change my mind about dealing with contractors. Particularly of color. Unfortunately, it did not. I spoke to Mohammed on a Thursday and arranged for an estimate on the following Monday @ 1 pm. At 1:15 on Monday, I had to call to find out if anyone was coming. I received a call back shortly from Mohammed apologizing and saying he'd forgotten about our appointment and asking if he could come at that time.
