Great selection of products. Came out and measured and gave helpful suggestions. Replaced Pella screen/entry door in one unit with a storm door and new entry door. Took a piece of my woodwork to match color to paint the inside of entry door. All personnel showed care and concern for the job. Bart even fixed my existing door which had been sticking for years! AM Door replaced 3 back doors and recently the 3 front doors at our office condominium. They look fantastic! Very professional installers. Everyone there is great to work with. 👍🏻
Where to begin...Called and scheduled a day for measurements to be taken. Didn't show up and got a call after the scheduled time and said he was unable to make it out for "insert excuses here." Rescheduled for another day and they actually made it out. Told me I would get a call for the quote. I waited about a week and nothing. No call. No quote. Great customer service and excellent quality doors.
Recently had double doors replaced with single door. After much research decided to go with Am door because they are local and build their frames on site. They allowed us to see inside shop how they built frames. Their estimate was free and I was able to communicate with the owner personally when ever I had a question (and I had many!) He assured me I would be happy when done and we are more than pleased.
