While the shop did eventually get my car running again, the overall experience was very frustrating and could have been handled much better. I was here back in july and had a ton of back and forth in regards to my flat tire - There were two tires that had issues - one was flat and one was bulging, they first fixed the flat but no the bulge, then replaced the wrong tire. I was back and forth for about a week for this before I actually had the correct two new tires on my vehichle. 5 months later, I've now taken my car into the dealership because of a different issue (A&M did not answer the phone for me to bring my car back). I had a great experience with this shop, and will definitely be coming back here for future work. I had some transmission issues that another shop in Jersey City claimed could only be fixed by replacing the entire transmission. The guys at A&M really took the time to diagnose the issue, repaired and sourced only the parts that needed to be replaced, and tested it before letting me know the repair was complete.
