First they spend 30 minutes raving about vehicle setting up appointment. Next 11pm I get confirmation for approval. Next day 10am I get call am I interested in setting up appt. Next at 10:45am on way to dealer ernestine calls and says car can be seen next week. Beware of this dealer. Horrible customer service
