I've had very good business with Robert since I've had my truck with them. Always honest and has helped me with any problems I've had.
The receptionist is uneducated with the business and they will indeed pick up your car with the excuse of no insurance even though you have proof in hand just to charge you a towing fee. Not recommended!!
Let it be known from Roanoke Alabama (google it), that these guys go above and beyond great customer service. My wife (bless her) had a problem with driving my Z71, so i went to my trade lines on facebook, having known robert and steve thru cars under $5000 in cullman (175 miles from my house) i explained my situation. So off we go to a little town named Hanceville Alabama. Not good! My son & daughter in law were sold an SUV a few months ago & have had constant problems with said vehicle not to mention they cannot get a tag due to this place voided out the title. My daughter in law has been up there numerous times to no avail!! Don't buy from this place.
