My husband had the burnt ends and I had the briskett melt. Both were excellent. It's worth the drive to Independent.

Tried out this little piece of heaven for the first time tonight based on coworkers recommendation. Yum-yum! Burnt Ends were fork tender, sides delicious and service was great. We'll be back.
