Been going here for years. Fan freaking tastic BBQ. Try the Hot potato salad.
Got the burnt ends, which is what they're known for, and they were very fatty and salty. The 3 different sauces tasted the same to me. The appetizer was called bacon pretzel bites. They looked a bit old. They did take 10% off for them not coming out before our meal. This was our first visit... inside. The real first time, they ran out of food so they were closing.
Fun decor. The staff was friendly and attentive. But ... the ribs were pretty dry. I would rather eat smoked meat without having to use sauce. The baked beans were very, very sweet and tased like Bush's baked beans out of the can. I liked their spicy cole slaw and their brisket.
I've eaten here a few times. The food is always great, the staff is friendly, and service is quick. I ate there again today and again, everything was just as good as it has always been. My only suggestion? Get a couple of changing tables in the restrooms. We'd been out all morning and the baby needed a dry diaper. We ended up having to go back out to the car to change her.
