This is a wonderful spot with off-the-charts barbecue. It is a former transmission-repair garage and instead of redesigning it, the owners started the restaurant and maintained many of the characteristics of the previous business. My 13-year-old son,10-year-old daughter and I visited the restaurant the evening of April 5. We pulled up in our car and wondered, "Are we doing the right thing? Is this some kind of biker bar?" Had the brisket sandwich with fries, the brisket was a little dry like it had been under heat for a short time but was still very good, Won’t let that stop me from going back for more.
I had the brisket melt sandwich with fries and beans. The brisket was cut thick and was tender and juicy. The fries and beans were very good as well. I really loved their 3 sauce choices. I will definitely be back.
