Application process was delayed and delayed for weeks after I was told it would take 5 days. Application was denied by refunding my hold fee, but no communication at all other than that. Very unprofessional. Agent, Marilyn, brought her husband to the showing and was yelling. Avoid this company!

WASTE OF TIME. Absolutely foolish application process. They had me jump through loop after loop and I complied gritting my teeth and then it became excessive asking me to have contact information for a previous owner of my current place whom I hadn't heard from since April of 22! I explained the situation in deep detail. If they wouldve asked for the current landlords info, even that would've made more sense also! I despise the way they conduct business.
