Very disappointed in this company. The realtor was unresponsive, and the paperwork was poorly written and confusing. The entire experience felt unprofessional and like a potential scam. I would not recommend working with them.
I am VERY disappointed in this company. The realtor was NOT responsive, the paperwork was NOT properly written and made no sense, I checked my credit prior to looking for a place. I’m almost at 800, their decision to deny us was a letter stating “MAYBE’s” that was based mostly on credit scores. The letter did not even state an actual reason I was denied. The letter given was a huge contradiction and there was no professionalism throughout the process. I would NEVER recommend using their company.
Application process was delayed and delayed for weeks after I was told it would take 5 days. Application was denied by refunding my hold fee, but no communication at all other than that. Very unprofessional. Agent, Marilyn, brought her husband to the showing and was yelling. Avoid this company!
