I'm Old fashioned, I won't give my C.C. number over the phone just for a reservation, so I can't have a cut. – Having worked in the service industry enough I can appreciate a business' need to protect it's time, I have also seen thousands stolen by employees who used the C.C.s of customers. The idea that I must submit my C.C. number over the phone to schedule a fifty dollar cut or be denied service is ridiculous and a bit insulting. Great Natural Looking Highlights – I have been living in Marin for 5 years now and have tried a variety of different salons but I have to say that I have recently become a loyal customer of A line. They have top of the line products and top notch stylists who are friendly and hip. I have had my color done by a couple of the girls but Rachel is my favorite. She really has a knack for creating great natural looking highlights.
Fabulous – A line is such a lovely salon and I miss it!! I recently relocated to the east coast and have yet to find a stylist I trust. Rachel, the beautiful red-head there, has done my color for a long time and I absolutely love her! She is very professional and listens to exactly what I want. She is a fabulous colorist and I am jealous of anyone who is still able to access her services!!!!
great hair salon – found an amazing hair colorist. Rachel Samet listens and performs. I have grey hair and I just wanted to" brighten it up" a bit. Boy did she do a great job!
Best Hair Salon in Marin By Far!!! – I just moved here from Los Angeles. I was with my previous hairdresser for 5 years so you can imagine how scary it was for me to try someone new. ATTENTION MARIN AND BEYOND!!!! – ATTENTION MARIN!!!!! I am a former hairdresser with 14 years in the industry. I am no longer cutting hair(kids...), and I drive from San Francisco to see MANDIE at A line. With all of my knowledge and training, she amazes ME with her skill and expertise, honestly a stylist like her is such a rare find!! Really Great Haircut – Vicki is truly excellent. I travel extensively for work and I use City Search to find a salon in the area I'm currently in. I research the internet and hope I'm lucky enough to choose the best, but you never really know what you're going to get. However, with Vicki at A Line Salon, I got the best haricut I've had in years. I would very highly recommend her.
Hotties Galore – Not only did I get a great hair cut from Vicki, but I was served a coldie, got a great shampoo and got to watch a room full of hot stylists do their thing. The salon is nice and upscale and busy, with great music and a beer in hand I was very happy. my haircut rocks and the women there were all friendly and nice to look at. I definitely suggest this place for guys and women alike. It was well worth the money and I look forward to going back every month.
Vicki rocks! – I have been going to A Line for a couple of years now to have my hair done by Vicki Bond. She is very knowledgeable and always has great suggestions for me. The salon itself is great. It's small but always bustling with friendly people- all with great hair! Someone wrote a negative review on here about A Line being like Steel Magnolias. Are you kidding?
