I've come aboard as a caretaker for my sister. This company truly cares for staff and clients alike. I've been a caretaker with many agencies, this was by far the best experience on-boarding and the intake process was individualized and thorough.
Giving two stars because they're harder to remove/delete than a one star, but just know I am actually giving a one star review here. I spoke to the owner, Daniel, who agreed to meet me on a Saturday (weekend) at a certain time. I even texted him two days prior to confirm the meeting at my home, and he confirmed. The day of comes, he did not show up, ghosted me, didn't text me back and hasn't replied since. They are very professional. Staff is exceptional. We were working with a different company and always dealing with coverage. When you are dealing with dementia they cannot be left alone. I have yet to get an excuse from them and it really takes a load off of everyone’s shoulders. Thank God!
You guys are great! So refreshing to work with people who arent all wrapped in the corporate rat race.
