So I had to call and talk to several sales people, and finally after chasing them got to the MGR Matthew Bruno with several emails got to an agreed upon price and worked out the deal. Also, gave a deposit. Well, it took so long, spring is here, and they probably sold it to someone else for more because I beat them up a whole 4K, not much on 6 figure RV. The absolute worst costumer service. After we bought our camper here we immediately had issues with our camper. We bought from them because they had a service department at the time and knew if we had issues that it would be easy to get repairs. Wrong!!! They are near impossible to get in touch with. And when you do get a call back you get the run around. We have had to fix more issues than we bargained for and should not be happening within the first month or year of purchase. Wanted to buy local but worst decision. Took 8-9 mos to get 2022 Freelander. Used for 2 weeks and has been in shop since March. No follow up from dealer-only updated when we go to office. Repair man didn’t know all problems even though we provided a list We have had to cancel trips because no camper. We were told we could take camper from lot but when slide doesn’t work properly that’s not a good decision. Will never buy or recommend A&L to anyone.
Excellent customer service up until the sale is made in full. Once they have your money, no one will answer the phone. The person you need to speak with is either busy or out for the day. Requests to call back are not completed. It has been a nightmare trying to get the REQUIRED MCO to license the vehicle in N.C. My temporary tag they gave me expires in 2 weeks.
