Joe is the man...moved into my place 2 years ago and had him come to clean carpet do to cat pee smell...he looked at it and told me my best route was to replace and boy he was right didnt even charge me. Saved his card and used it a couple weeks ago to call him for a nail polish spill on the new carpet...came quick got rid of the whole stain! great job joe
