We got relocated for work and could not be at the house. We had stains from furniture that had been moved out on our carpet that we needed to get out ASAP, because our house was on the market and had showings. A Kleenex Image was able to fit us in within a couple days and got all the stains out. Great job! I give my highest recommendation!

Second time with this company. Great job, carpet and chairs look great. Very affordable. Appreciate how the cleaning process is explained. Joe paid close attention to an area of carpet that our puppy had destroyed and recommended someone for repairs. Will have Kleener Image clean our carpets again.
In all honesty if you are looking to have your carpeting and floors done in your home you can stop looking when you call this company. I use them for the second time this past week and they just do a phenomenal job with the cleaning and customer service I promise you will not be disappointed. I live in Medina Ohio
Joe and Jason are awesome! Not only did they make our cream carpet clean...they made it look new again! Joe was able to squeeze me in last minute right before Christmas. When he was here he told me about his 30 day guarantee. I definitely didn’t think we would be needing it after seeing how great my carpets came out.
