They are awesome! I had to take my vacuum into a repair shop and since it's a Hoover and still under warranty, they required that I take it here but I'm so glad they did! The owner was so personable and even offered to text me, if I felt comfortable with that form of communication. He provided me with updates during the entire process. We'll definitely be using them again, even if the vacuum is no longer under warranty
We just purchased a new central vacuum system. They had the best prices and great service. Something you usually don't find any more. I would recommend to anyone.
