A Kind & Caring Home Care was absolutely perfect; both the office staff and aides were kind, highly skilled and very professional as a result, services provide was excellent. In fact, I would rate A Kind & Caring the best in Northern Virginia and I highly recommend them.
They were terrible—completely untrustworthy and focused only on pushing medications. My mother was under their care, and they constantly sent inexperienced caregivers. Most of the time, no one even answered my calls when I tried to reach their office. I do not recommend them at all.
