I've taken my daughter to this office twice and it's been a pleasant experience each time. Last time was her first visit (she was 2 1/2) and she was clearly really uneasy about it. I appreciated that the dentist and hygienist were gentle and didn't push her too hard that first time. I took her in tonight (she's 3 1/2 now) and she allowed them to do x-rays and a cleaning without a fuss. I doubt she would have been cooperative if she'd had a tense experience the first time. I decided to try A Kid's Place because of their extended hours. My son needed to have some work done and we scheduled an appointment. After waiting an 80 minutes past our scheduled appointment they took us back. The dentist started the work, got up and helped another patient, and returned 10 minutes later. My four year was already feeling uneasy, but the wait and the doctor leaving made it worse. Three months later, they still have not figured out the billing. Great place, just the typical Mommy nerves when it comes to doing big procedures.
Loved it super friendly and fun! got to watch a movie while I got my teeth cleaned, also got a balloon animal! Five stars!
