I went in today to A&k as instructed by the representatives from Rigid to replace my battery under warranty. I spoke to Arlene and she was so disrespectful and so rude. She does not have any proper customer service skills. She told me that the customer service from Rigid was wrong and they don’t know what they are talking about and that she had been doing this for 20 years (boomer attitude) and she knows better.
