Came in after Thanksgiving, awesome sales, and had great service by Mark. Bought a loveseat and couch, and it was delivered after the New Year, as expected. Delivery men did a great job being careful with the furniture and maneuvering thru the house. Very polite. Have gotten all my furniture and appliances from here the past 17 years!
Came in today to purchase a kitchen table, had it all picked out. A woman employee walked passed my husband and said to him "hey kid, do you need any help?", then sat down to have her hair braided by another employee while we waited around for a sales person to finish our purchase. Very unprofessional. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.
Just purchased our 3rd appliance from this store without having to step foot in the door. Salesman was knowledgeable. Called on Thursday - got the washer on Saturday! The delivery team was quick and efficient but took the time to make sure the washer was balanced before they left. I would recommend you look here before anywhere else. �
I was very pleased Frank was very helpful ..He helped us find the living room we always we always wanted.. And when it was delivered it exceeded our expectations .. Frank called to make sure our Delivery was smooth and remembered my husband had surgery ...Something to be said for customer care in our world today..we purchased from the appliance department last fall..we will be returning customers ..thanks again AK Nahas and Frank...
