Just had the worst buying experience,ordered a mattress on the 9th of November.They said 2 weeks the mattress would be in.I set up. delivery date because I was in dire need of this mattress.I get a call 2 weeks later saying the wrong mattress was delivered,it would be 10 more days because of a holiday..ok,they apologize and I understand mistakes happen.At the very end of the 10 more days I call them,after a long hold,oh yeah it came in today.Noone called me I had to call,and the next available delivery day is in 5 more days!... read more

This store has a large selection great people, But after purchasing a bedroom set over 50 days ago, I just received a call saying it going to be another week or more before it will be delivered. This is the second time my delivery has been pushed back. This is unexpectable to say the least. and the cost of the furniture is med to high can't comment on the quality I haven't received any of my furniture yet.
I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. We walked the whole gallery floor looking for a sofa and not one person offered us any help. Only one employee said hello and it was just a mumble. Not friendly at all. If you like no pressure shopping then this is the place.
Horrible customer service. My wife order a couch from A.K. Nahas on Nov. 1st., and was told the couch would be delivered in 8 weeks, but it didn't. At 10 weeks we called, and were told a pillow was on back order, so it would be delivered at the end of Jan. Surprise, it wasn't. We called again, and finally after over 14 weeks our couch was delivered, but it was the wrong couch! When we went to the store we found OUR couch on the floor for sale! I've been a Nahas customers for more than 35 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Every appliance and piece of furniture in our home (except for our antique pieces) come from Nahas. Their customer service is the best, their delivery service is amazing (they haul away your old appliances!), and their sales people are great. A1 all the way!
