RecommendedAfter problems with Home Depot and missed delivery dates I stopped at the outlet store in Beaver and then the furniture store in Industry. Adam in Beaver and Garrett in Industry are super stars! Thank you for taking a very frustrating situation with Home Depot and turning it around for me! I am so happy to be getting my deliveries tomorrow instead of January. :)

Apparently smaller refrigerators are hard to find due to the pandemic. We found that out today after visiting 2 big box stores. Dan went above and beyond to find a refrigerator for my Mom. I now know where my first stop will be when shopping for appliances. Thank you!

We originally ordered a Flexsteel sectional thru Levin at the end of January. Found out when checking delivery in April that they had filed bankruptcy and our order was NEVER placed with Flexsteel. Checked Flexsteel sellers in our area and AK Nahas came up. Called and spoke with Mark H. and explained our dilemma and he said they could place the order, just send our PO. It was that simple. This company saved the day for me. Value City Furniture created a nightmare for me and specifically Marie, a sales rep, saved the day. She listened to me and not only dedicated her time to finding me “on floor” sale furniture but was so nice and simply listened to me as I stressed to find furniture before my move. We are having a terrible experience also. The refrigerator has issues with the doors being uneven and the freezer getting a frost build up. The delivery and service repair people both are trying to blame it on an uneven floor because they are unable to properly fix the doors. The floor is not uneven. This is a new home and the floors were checked with a lev. You can see gaps on the refrigerator door. The service woman was not polite. We will not be recommending or purchasing from here again or recommending to friends.
I don't usually make comments, but I was very disappointed at the furniture store! I would recommend the appliance store every time, however the furniture store is another story. The woman I spoke to was not very helpful. I looked at some of the furniture online, only to be told they didn't have any of it in the store. She sent me to the appliance store saying they had changed the store to offer the lower priced furniture. So I went there and they had 2 couches.
