Not recommended. I would give out 0 star if that would be an option here. I called today to get a quote for commercial auto insurance. I was told to hold for 10 minutes. After whoever answer the phone was able to talk to me, she seems very slow. After 15 mins passed by, it did not go any far, so I told her that I did not have time to wasted. Been with them like 2 years, and as of today, I was dismissed so hard as a customer that I am cancelling my insurance on the spot. What's weird is when I called, I wasn't even frustrated or upset, yet some how by the end of the call, they made me so furious that I needed to find a way to cancel with them and move to the next company.
