I walked in today and was greeted by a friendly older couple, i asked if they can wrap some roses for me and how much would it be?, The older gentleman said yes then there son i think started interrupting him telling him no that they dont do that etc, The older gentleman was embarrassed and told me no at that point , I guess the young son does not care about repeat business and customer service , i will not return or recommend any of my friends to there shop.
This is my favorite flower shop of all time. They always have fresh new flowers and they smell oh so good. You'll always be greeted by the owner and his mother!
