I recently had an intermittent issue with a 16 year old Regency gas fireplace and contacted AJ's Stoves as they are an authorized dealer. Initial call with Crystal and another with Tiffany showed good remote diagnostic skills and determined then confirmed a service call made sense. The techs arrived and performed a total system evaluation including measurement of voltage test points eventually replacing a thermopile along with an overall maintenance, cleaning, examination of power and control modules, replaced batteries, etc... read more

House Fire, as a possible outcome? That’s why I came here. AJ’s saved me from a disaster. They accepted my email videos and when they were working on my project kept me posted by prompt e-mail. Beautiful, 1 trip transaction perfect fit. Amazon gladly sold me the adapter to connect my Pellet Stove to Gas Stove pipe. 1st use the pipe could have melted and burned my house. I got my project hooked up safely. They gladly helped me even though I purchased my stove elsewhere. Best way to speak with them is to go in or Email.
