I live near A & J's and am thrilled that I found them by accident! They don't spend money on much overhead like marketing and a fancy waiting area, and it shows on your bill. If you're looking for a straightforward, honest guy, go talk to Jim about your vehicle. He has diagnosed issues for free, directed me towards factory recalls instead of charging me for service I asked for, and given me realistic options for keeping a much loved car on the road. Hard to find someone you trust. Glad I found this place.
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Dishonest quotes and time completion. EXTREMELY poor communication. They did not get authorization for the work done. Take your vehicle to a respected chain. At least there you have some protection against dishonesty. You will get communication, quality service from other providers as well as honest quotes and time frame completion. You will regret bringing your car here like I do.
