I was in an auto accident, sustained a broken arm and fractured shoulder and had lost use of my left arm. I saw Louise for five months twice a week receiving excellent therapy and advice. I now have full function and use, and reached my goals to go fishing, dipping, and using chainsaw. Her staff was also excellent at communicating and keeping the billing straight with the insurance company.
In the past four years, I've had three surgeries...disc replacements in my neck, melanoma, and rotor cuff surgery. I've essentially been in physical therapy for four years. It wasn't until I found Louise Wood, at A Joint Effort Physical Therapy, that these things were determined to be connected in terms of my full recovery. A Joint Effort offers a fantastic physical therapy environment. I first chose the clinic eight years ago based on the training and credentials listed on their website. Since then they have helped me with numerous physical problems including low back, neck and even rib problems. Dr. Wood is really amazing at carefully listening to you, then methodically diagnosing the basis of a problem.
