Hi -- i've tried to reach out awhile ago when this first popped up on my Find My app. My lost airpods are popping up at your location, they were originally lost in an airport in Florida. It is engraved with my name it, please contact me and I will happily pay for it to be sent back to me.
I placed an order a month ago and haven’t received it. I’ve been charged for it and have tried to contact the company via email and phone with no response.
Ordered a product and never got it had to start a dispute with my Credit Card Company after discovering the item was not shipped they took very good care of us and offered to refund or send the product. We got the item and it was great.
