bought my car in September. still no title. Car has water leaking out of the door! The brakes failed on Christmas and the mechanic said it's a piece of junk. I almost lost my life and had to throw the car in park to stay alive!! The entire bottom is rusted and it swerves because of the water in the bottom of the car! They are nice but the cars are not what they say they are when you have the car a few days. I had to get new brakes and radiator issues. Seen similar posts about this company. BEWARE
Bought a 2003 Nissan altima on Wednesday it was broken down on Thursday needed a radiator and thermostat $600. Dealership will do nothing. Buyer beware. To file a formal Consumer complaint with the NCDOJ Attorney General's office call 18775NOSCAM.
They have bad cars don’t buy from them
My daughter bought a car from them in May and paid cash for it. She was given a 30 day tag but never received her new tag. She contacted A & J only to be told the car has a lien on it and that she would just have to wait for the bank to work it out. Fast forward to today, still no tag or title to the car and was pulled over. The cop told her he was giving her a warning but she needed to get it figured out soon.
