Very nice and professional customer service by phone. An elderly man came out to make an assessment the next day apparently he had his own Ideas about my tree, ignored mine. I think he had a lot of preconceived notions about people and he decided he would NOT provide me the service needless to say I found another Service that listened to my concerns and provided me excellent Customer Service. #YOUDONTKNOWMYBANKACCOUT!
