Shameful behaviour on Jacob!! This is a company that was hired by ribfest and they are absolutely horrible!! Here is what happened. I showed up at 9:35 PM, and I was told very strictly by Jacob that they were not allowed to admit us after 9:30, even when we specifically told him that the Beavertail stand was still open, and all we wanted was a Beavertail and we had already paid the admission to go in from hours before. I call to ask for help after someone my hit car IN FRONT of their unit ( you could imagine how many cameras they have in front of their “Security Store” and he hung it up on me twice saying shut your mouth because I wouldn’t pay a fee for his “technicians” to look at the cameras.
Very very cheap company, and super low customer service experience, if you move the location, they charge for moving fee over three hundred dollars, and if you kindly ask if there anyway can waive the fee, they blame on you very rudely way said that why do you think A&J will do the free service for you? you ask to waive the fee, so you want the free service from A&J! WTH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!! TO BE HONEST, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAP COMPANY!
Using for 10 years for my business and home, no any issues. Every time I call for support, they answer my questions and solve my problem. Once my home got break in. They called my home twice and called my cell, also helped me to call the police. It ended up I did not lose any thing at home. I believe the alarm and two phone calls to home helped a lot. Thanks A& J!
