Shameful behaviour on Jacob!! This is a company that was hired by ribfest and they are absolutely horrible!! Here is what happened. I showed up at 9:35 PM, and I was told very strictly by Jacob that they were not allowed to admit us after 9:30, even when we specifically told him that the Beavertail stand was still open, and all we wanted was a Beavertail and we had already paid the admission to go in from hours before.
