Approximately 2wks ago, I had a appt for Senegalese twists. My last experience with this shop was great. But this time was far from it. I arrived at the shop 10 mins late, but was still the first customer thru the door. I was seated immediately but no one started on my braids for 45 mins due to having to wait for more braiders to arrive. I typically wouldnt even write a public bad review but I had a couple of concerns about how Paula handled my faux locs that didn't turn out well that she didn't fix as she said she would but I overlooked that only later to find that she doesn't keep her word on her referral program either and therefore, in my opinion, she is not trustworthy or reliable.
I loved my experience here. My hair came out perfect and anyone who knows me for real knows how picky I am with my hair.. they also had a really good energy. I would recommend this place and I would go back 😍😍😍❤️❤️
