I had a follow up appointment today and the doctor was very thorough with the examination. The office manager was very professional, super friendly, and very accommodating to my needs. Highly recommended.!
After reading the latest review on the new patient’s experience I feel the need to comment as I was in the office seeing the doctor at the time. Laurie was on the phone, however when the woman interacted with her she was extremely rude. Laurie simply stated she was on the phone and would be right with her. I was a first-time patient who was told to come in early to fill out paperwork. I walked in the office which has wind chime hanging so you can audibly hear when the door is opened. I stood there waiting to check in and was completely ignored by Laurie. Trying not to be rude I stepped up closer to be in her view, grabbed a piece of candy from the jar, coughed… anything to get her attention. What a great place! Dr Innamorato has more training than your average podiatrist. He is Board Certified in Foot & Ankle Orthopedics as well as being Board Certified in Wound Care which you don’t find in an average Podiatrist! He is one of the nicest, knowledgeable, and sincere physician you will ever encounter!
