Situation: a single palette was needed for a first-time shipper. Customer Service: amazing! Lauren (13+ year employee who was super genuine) helped and talked me through which ones would be necessary or suggestions based on my shipping destination, whether treated or not, etc. Absolutely recommend this business as they know what they’re talking about. And I got a palette for a great price.
