2022: paid 14k to replace HVAC system in restaurant. Ventilation fans are all blocked by the new vents they installed. So kitchen is all hot. Could’ve upgraded to a bigger compressor with more BTU’s. But that wasn’t even a thought. 2021: huge mopsink installed in a tight restaurant kitchen. When a smaller one could’ve been installed to acknowledge and respect the tight space. $4500. 2024, AC down at my home. $350 to replace a capacitor.
