Arnold and his staff are literally A+. My husband and I were tenants in a condo that he managed. Arnold was always kind and professional whenever we dealt with him as was his staff. I appreciated that the payment and maintenance requests were online. It was a very convenient way to check on the progress of any issues without waiting for a phone call. If you own property and need a manager, I highly recommend you use Arnold and his team for your property.
Arnold and his team rock! I rented 2 places through them as a tenant and ended up buying a home eventually that was one of their listings. I was always treated fairly, my maintenance requests were promptly addressed, and I never felt “gouged” on the rent. Highly recommend them for any rental, property management, or real estate needs.

Arnold and his team are upfront with all communication and he gives his suggestions on the property etc with honest eyes and ears (and) “boots on the ground” mentality. A+ manages our home for us being 3,200 miles away from it and treats it like his own. I have used A+ for over 3 years now and have had ZERO regrets! You won’t need to shop your rental anywhere else in the celebration/windermere/davenport areas!
