In October 2014 i got my hearing aids and it was completely wrong. I returned it in a few days. By contract the company had to return my money. I called them numerous times, they promised, but now is February 2015 and I am still waiting. I don't recommend this company. Update: Today is March 4, called numerous times, spoke with the owner Lisa Blackman, she promised to refund, but did not.
