My son has been wearing hearing aids since he was 1 month and 1 day he's 9 months now he just started coming here July 25 2016. The very 1st appointment was a problem! Thw owner took a personal call for about 20 mins she didn't say excuse or anything just took the call we had to wait 4 weeks for my son's hearing aid molds to come back only for them not to fit!!!!!!!! Wow.... We've never had this problem with his molds at Children's Hospital Philadelphia. She offered to redue them but all of her molding material was unable to... read more
