During having a cavity filled there was a “slip”, no one said anything about damage but immediately after leaving the office I discovered a huge, gaping wound in the side of my cheek/lower area next to my teeth that took a good week to heal. Cancelled my husbands and sons appointments and have not returned. After sharing what happened with my brother he asked if I had visited this establishment, “butchered” was used to describe his visit as well.

I absolutely love a Healthy Smile with Dr. Loray and her staff. The service was outstanding. The staff is courteous and so kind. Several of my colleagues travel from Columbia to get dental work for their entire families.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful towards patients. My family and friends will never go back here again.
