Unprofessional Management and Lack of Respect for Patients' Time. I have visited this clinic three times, and each experience has been consistently poor. Poor management and unprofessional. Bad customer service to patients. Long waiting time for scheduled appointment.
I have a patient of Dr. Gohard for the past 10 years. After I retired to FL, I still come to see her. The trust and the bond that have been developed strongly through her professionalism care and expertise level. I could not find this level of services in my new residential area. To me it is worth to fly from FL to see her in NJ each time for my dental care.
