Their receptionists have absolutely zero people skills. They also barely answer their phones and goes straight to an answering machine that's over 2 minutes long and does not have the option to leave voicemails. It literally just hangs up! How are we supposed to make appointments?
They never take the phone calls... Dialed like 50 times back to back and on different days. The IVR system keeps redirecting to an unending loops and holds. If they have closed this channel then they should let their patients know. My son is missing his vaccinations. Can't get a hold of anybody to book Sen appointment. I guess it's the time to change my family physician...Or they have to simply change their receptionist
