We needed the assistance of an in-home caregiver after a serious accident. A family member was temporarily immobilized while recovering from neck-surgery. The Hand at home staff was caring, respectful, kind and professional in dealing with personal care needs. Would strongly recommend them to assist with your care needs
Our mom was challenging with dementia. We had multiple caregivers that couldn’t provide the care we needed. A woman showed up at 10 am, my sister greeted her and showed her around the house. My sister went to work on her home office and By 11am and I came to check on my mom with the new caregiver, while my sister was in the back office…the woman was intoxicated on something.
