I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed by the customer service and the installation of our new air handler system. The installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I would have called them when our condenser went out. They will definitely be my air conditioning company from now on. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
Less than 6 weeks after having all new air ducts installed this is what I find when I lift the air vent in the bed room of my house. Exposed to the outside elements. A member of the A & H Service Company was on site Monday March 13th 2017 to fix the issue, however left without any resolution. I have been told the earliest they can address the issue is Monday March 20th 2017. Paying more than $6,000 for new Air Ducts to be installed, you would expect better quality of work.
