Rim was great
We are from out of town and found ourselves at Disney Springs at midnight and lost car keys. They met us at our car within 20 minutes, had the door open where my other set of keys were waiting! Such fast and fantastic service!!!! Thank you!!!
Scheduled an appointment for 10 AM to get a new deadbolt installed. Took the morning off work to be home, but the locksmith never showed. No calls, no texts, nothing. When I called to ask what happened, they acted like they forgot and offered to reschedule without even apologizing. Total waste of my time.
