Horrible cut! If your looking for a breed specific cut do not take your dog here! My dog (giant schnauzer) came back with clipper lines in the short hair and his face was not cut at all. His tail had chunks of long hair still on it and in several spots in his short hair he was skinned. I cut him in between each grooming and I have done a better job than this myself.

We take our Pug Rocky to Lisa on a regular basis to get him groomed. Rocky likes her and she does a great job. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
I was very nervous taking Chloe to be boarded for the first time. I was glad to see that she was able to interact with the other dogs. Very good customer service, I think they even gave her a bath because she smells so good!! I will definitely be using Groom Room again and would recommend it to anyone!
The whole time we was outta town with our two huskies at the groom room the constantly sent updates on how they was doin an even bathed them and everything before we got back very friendly ppl there will be using them again for sure
After getting my German shepherd groomed there once before and having her hair cut too short(about an inch) I told them three times this morning not to shave her and when I picked her up she is shaved to the skin and as soon as I get home she drinks about half a gallon of water after being without it all day after the owner called me at 12 told me she had errands to run and I could pick up my dog at 5 because no one would be there and earlier.

Ok so my wife and i stayed at a so called friends house due to circumstances irrelevant... Between places and in that time i was accused of stealing 50$$ and some so called diamond earrings by a person that just lied bout it all but like the point is we left and our stuff all our clothes wifes and i and our cat and the lady who owns the Groom Room in Brandon ms has all our stuff and knows its ours been trying to get it back for days now and she refuses to let my wife get any of it... Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a groomer.....called and set up appointment with the owner who seemed pretty nice....dropped off my dog at 9:30am this morning with the owner's assistant.....owner calls me at 10:30am to say she was "on her way" to the shop. Called at 1:30pm to see if my dog was ready....they advised me to give them 35 more minutes....I called back again and they said to wait another 15 minutes.....I got a call almost an hour later saying she was finally ready at 3:00pm.
