Most horrible experience ever! I dropped my girl off at 8:30 am and Lisa told me 2 hours. I waited until 1:30 (5 hours later) and she told me another 45 minutes. I get there and there were several places that were never trimmed and very uneven. I asked the girl that came to my car to show Lisa the exact places I showed her to trim. This morning before I left, Lisa specifically asked if I wanted to fox cut her and I said No just a trim and thin behind her neck. They made my very elderly border collie so much happier and more comfortable. He's clean and trimmed to stay that way. Great work!!
The owner is a hard working woman who does her best based on what the owners want or need ... I use to work there and it was an amazing job but had another opportunity to further my career... miss be there

Lisa is a wonderful with every pet that enters the door. She’s just as wonderful to all pet owners. Everything she does comes from her soul which is rarely experienced in today’s world. It’s not a job to her, she is doing exactly what she loves doing. Caring for pets and people‼️
I took my Pomeranian here to get groomed today. He seems happy and was calm while being groomed. His hair cut looks great.
