I have a photo of what the "Balayage Specialist" Julie did to a woman's hair it is ruined! $200 for something that is completely awful. I feel so sorry for her.
Just a friendly FYI... My sister went to A Great Escape Salon in Farmville yesterday to get her hair done by the owner and “balayage specialist.” The left is what she asked for, the right is what she left with.. She went back today to politely ask for her money back so she could go elsewhere to have this fixed and the owner refused. So, $200 later, she has cheetah spotted hair and green ends. Think twice before going to this salon because if you aren’t happy, you may stay unhappy.
Poor customer service.
Poor Customer service. Claiming to have expertise in an area that they clearly do not. Horrible service at a $200 price tag.
Dropped in hoping i could get in. Shawna not only took me back, but gave me the best cut I've had in over 5 yrs. Thank you!!! I will be back!!!
