My last review of Andy at A Grade Property Solutions was 5 years ago. Since then, Andy has put on a roof for me on my front porch that had ice damage, going up to the roof ridge, and another insurance claim in September of this year (2024) of hail damage on my entire roof. He meets the adjuster out at your house, and not just accepts what the adjuster writes down to fix your roof, but sends in a supplement to your insurance company to get the roof put on properly with all of the right materials, and codes for your city. Andy was a pleasure to work with! We had our roof and four other structures on our property done. Andy was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The job was done super quick and efficiently. They even did an amazing job cleaning up. Glad we chose this company and cannot recommend them enough!

We are in the process of selling out home. The buyers home inspection discovered a problem with the condition of the roof. Andy was able to step up on short notice and worked out all the details to get the roof replaced before closing. He was responsive to every phone call and text and kept us informed through the process. He brought in a large enough crew that they were able to complete the project in one day. After cleanup you would of never known they were ever here. I highly recommend Andy for your roofing needs.

I cannot believe what a positive experience we just had!!! We had USAA inspect our roof, and Andy met the inspector at our home. A big snow storm was coming, so Andy and his team altered their schedules to get our roof done within three days and it passed inspection. Andy even came the day after the roof was completed with a metal detector to find dropped nails so that our dog did not get nails in his paws.
