Mike is great. He's done three of my properties now and he doesn't disappoint. Prices are very fair and his work is thorough. I will continue to use Mike for all my rental property inspections
Terrible phone manner. He hung up my call, when I was confirming the company name to get a quote. I thought it was a line issue, so redialed it. He, however, switched over to the answering machine. Also no reply to my e-mail inquiry. What's wrong with this guy? I will never recommend my friends to use this company.
Mike is a very detailed home inspector. We hired him a few weeks ago and he was able to inspect the property just days after I called him. He arrived early, 45 mins or so, and had the outside done before I even got there. He meticulously inspected the entire house and ran every faucet so ensure the well water was safe and didn't smell. He offered suggestions and took questions when the inspection was over. Would recommend to others and use in the future as needed. Thanks Mike!
Mike was very responsive when being inquired for a quote. His price was fair. He was on time for the inspection and very through. He goes over things with you if you have any questions, and release the inspection report the same day. Highly recommended and I will definitely use his service again in the future.
Mike was an absolute delight for my home inspection. He uses professional equipment like a thermal imaging device to find any sort of moisture or water buildup in the house. He is clearly very experienced in home inspections because he was able to point out a number of potential issues as well as make proper recommendations to fix the issue. we are ready to move to our first ave house now thanks to Mike. great job
