First off, if you’re on a time crunch don’t expect the process with them to meet your deadline. Not only did I stress my deadline needs from the start but they also claimed to have worked at the Hayward court and were very well aware of court proceedings, so I disregarded some advice I was given at the self help center and trusted this service.
