We received a charge of $390 today from this service and have not had any services from them for over 6 months. In fact, I think our windows were cleaned almost a year ago (before my son was born). I called and the woman I spoke with said that she had 9 months of invoices marked as unpaid and "just charged them because she wasn't sure." My dog passed away so I decided to get a deep clean done for the pet hair. $500 for a “deep clean” service and those pictures are what I ended up with. I had used them in the past a year ago and had an alright experience but I’d leave 0 stars if I could right now. They didn’t even have a working vacuum and had to borrow mine. I was told they had carpet cleaners….they didn’t. After a couple of poor experiences with other companies, I started to think my standard of clean was unreasonable. A GOAT Cleaning redeemed my faith in the possibility of having a spotlessly clean home. This crew covered every inch of my home in the deep clean and expertly keeps it up in the biweekly cleans. I’m so thankful to have found them; my life is easier when I’m not worried about wiping down cabinets or bathrooms.
Dixamar Rizo and Alejandra did a fantastic job! Owner/scheduler is super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
